A $30.00 non-refundable deposit (Advanced Pay Credit)

HOT PINK STUDIO/HPS SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY
is required and will be used towards the price of your package.
Each athlete will have a private gallery with their own password code, the package options will be available upon proofs.
Once packages are purchased, downloads are available immediately and prints will be mailed directly to your home.

A Sign Up Genius link provided below will hold your athlete's slot. Next, using the link button (PhotoDay) to pay the deposit. The code for paying the deposit is:

When prompted FOR "SUBJECT NAME", PLEASE USE THE ATHLETES NAME THAT WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED.
Your athlete is not registered until deposit is completed.
Important FAQs:
*Please be on time for your
scheduled time, this is important to keep the
sessions flowing and respectful of other athlete’s time. Each athlete will have 4-6 minutes of shoot time

*After paying the deposit on the PhotoDay link, you can browse the packages that we offer.
At this time you can not pre-purchase packages.

*Packages available start at $36 and go up, both prints and digitals downloads are available.
You will be using the online gallery platform called Photoday.io.

*After your photo session, in approximately 10-14 days, the watermarked images will be loaded into your gallery.
You will receive an email with your own private code, and will be able to view and purchase packages.
You may mix and match images within the packages.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
All sign ups will be with Sign Up Genius at the link below. Each athlete will have a specific time slot. Please make sure to be on time and have 3-4 poses practiced as well as action.
Do I Pay before the shoot?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is required and registers each athlete. The online platform called PhotoDay will be used for all payments and ordering. The PhotoDay gallery is set up as "Advanced Pay" status before and during the session. Your password to register is: HOHDEPOSITPARLIN24
Once you have registered in the gallery with your deposit, all you need to do is now wait for the images to appear in the gallery. Photos will arrive about 10-14 days after the shoot.
You will receive a text message when the files are ready to view and purchase. Your deposit will appear as credit in your account. Digital and print packages are available.
